markboulton That sounds like a lot of tinkering fun! 😉 Good luck! Had to replace the keyboard of my 2009 MB Pro once. You have to almost fully disassemble the thing and remove all ~50 screws of the keyboard. Felt like a great accomplishment when I successfully started the device again… 😅
