      jkphl You could use Adobe Premiere to add and position the subtitles. The workflow has changed last year and you can now add multiple subtitle tracks, position them on the timeline, and export them as SRT, for example. Then convert to VTT if necessary. helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/working-with-captions.html
