      I’m re-reading John’s article from time to time and it is always stunning how a) it never gets old and b) we are still making the same mistakes he talked about …drumroll… 22 years ago (!). This article wasn’t only ahead of its time back then. It still is!

    It’s required reading for everyone working on the Web. And with all the new CSS layout features and the recent focus on a11y and performance, it feels like we might finally enter an era of rediscovery of the idea of working with the material of the Web, embracing its flexibility.
