heydonworks You could also use Loopback to get your system audio and even combine it with other inputs like a microphone: rogueamoeba.com/loopback/ Then record with the native screen recording feature of MacOS (support.apple.com/en-us/HT208721), or another tool, selecting the virtual output as the mic.

heydonworks Loopback is also brilliant when you are running online events/workshops btw. You can select which audio people can hear via your virtual microphone and you can monitor other combined sources via your headphones. 🙌
