    Add Massaman curry paste, coconut milk, onions, boiled cubed potatoes, cashews (and peanuts), and brown sugar – and a teaspoon of fish sauce (if you like that).

      Cook slowly for about 20 minutes. Right before the end, feel free to add a few (little) tomatoes. That’s optional but I like it a lot! 😋

        Massaman curry is best served with jasmine rice. The rice will further boost the curry’s flavor – and vice versa. ☺️
